Warrant Officer 1, Pilot, R/79587, Harvey Donald MUIRHEAD, 401 Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Force, died in a Spitfire collision whilst flying on the 17th February 1943 aged 24. He was the son of William Davidson Muirhead and Nancy Isabel Muirhead, of Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada. He is at rest in Catterick cemetery, Yorkshire
