This picture is described elsewhere as a 'Paris Fashion Poster' I don't know who the girl is or if she is French or German but I believe the tank is a Hotchkiss
Unlikely to be pre-war as the tank has a German cross on it. More likely to be either during the occupation or immediately after the liberation of France.
