MINOT Laurence

Captain, 57 Squadron, Royal Flying Corps, killed in aerial combat near Meulebeke, Flanders on the 28th July 1917 age 21. Only son of John Edward and Ada Minot, of 30, Beulah Hill, Upper Norwood, London. Commemorated at St Bartholomews Churchyard, Wilmslow Cheshire and is buried at Harlebeke New British Cemetery, Belgium.
Note. The head stone no longer has the wings attached, they fell off are now in the church for safe keeping. I have imposed them on this image to show what it would have looked like. It is not to scale
