Born 11 November 1884 at Port Greville, Nova Scotia to Oscar Adelbert Follette and Lydia Follett of Cumberland County, Nova Scotia.
Drowned at sea when her ship was torpedoed by German U-Boat U-86 27 June 1918. Commemorated on the Halifax Memorial, Nova Scotia, Canada.
