Millin Edward Job

Captain,C.Coy, 2nd Battalion King's Own Yorkshire Light Infantry, killed in action at the battle of the Somme, 1st July 1916 aged 37. Son of Louie of Ampney St Peter and husband of Alice Maud of 89, Cammell Road, Bolsover Road, Pitsmoor Sheffield. Served in the South African Campaign. Awarded the Medaille Militaire France. Commemorated on a memorial in Ampney St Peter's church Gloucestershire and on the Thiepval Memorial, Somme, France
