Born 1884 to John (J.P.) and Hannah Elizabeth Burgess, nee Stokes of Athlone, Co. Westmeath., Ireland.
Died of thrombosis (Blood clotting) 31 January 1919 aged 35.
At rest in Dean’s Grange Cemetery, Dublin, Ireland.
She served with the Red Cross in the East and later in a French base.
