This image shows a Messerschmitt Bf 109 fighter plane during World War II. As far as I know, this image has never been published. The original snapshot print was captured by a US soldier with Patton's 3rd Army who in 2015 is still alive (age about 90) and who permitted me to scan this image for sharing. It is unknown precisely where the photo was taken or when.
