Corporal Kenneth Albert George McDONALD, Corporal 2193605, Royal Engineers, 286th Airborne Division, Field Park Compant died at the battle for Pegasus Bridge, Normandy. He was the son of Harold George and Winifred Elsie McDonald; husband of Doris May McDonald, of Southall, Middlesex. This memorial is at the National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas, Staffordshire and he is at rest in Ranville War Cemetery, France.
