ANDERSON, Max Edward Alwyn, Captain, 14th King\'s Liverpool Regiment who died on the 13th September 1916 of wounds received in action aged 35. He was born on the 2nd August 1881 to Walter Edward and Marian Anderson of Leamington Spa and he was the husband of Charlotte Dobree, nee De Butts, of Daisymount Street, St Martin\'s, Guernsey, Channel Island. (Wills and Admin, Ancestry have the following) He lived at the Old Bank House, Leamington, died near Salonika. His effects went to Walter Edward Anderson, Bank Manager. He is commemorated on a family memorial in Whitnash Road, Cemetery, Leamington, Warwickshire, and he is buried near Salonika, Greece. Karasouli Military Cemetery, Greece
