Died 27 August 1942 aged 25 at No. 3 Flight Instructors Course RAF Babdown Farm Tetbury . Laid to rest 1 September 1942.
He was killed while flying in a Miles Master III (W8664) along with Pilot Officer Marian Belc (DFC) while flying in a training sortie. The aircraft crashed for unknown reason.
Son of James Henry and Maud Emily Holder, of Tetbury.
At rest at Tetbury St Saviour Churchyard, Gloucestershire.
