1901 hospital nurse residing at the Nurses Home, 23-26 King Square St Luke City Road, London
2 April 1911 Hospital Matron of Queens Hospital Bath Row, Birmingham.

Died of heart failure after an operation 4 December 1915 aged 42.

At rest in All Souls’ Cemetery, Kensal Green, London.
