Graduated at Medicine Hat General Hospital, Alberta. Died 09 October 1918 of Lobar Pneumonia in No 24 General Hospital, Etaples France age 32.

19 May 1917 embarked Canada bound for Orpington Kent, England. Disembarking in England 30 May 1917 and taken on strength with 16 Canadian General Hospital, Orpington.
15 August 1918 embarked for France, following day she and others were taken on strength as reinforcements of No 7 C.G.H., Etaples She fell ill and was admitted on the 07 October 1918 seriously ill into No 24 General Hospital Etaples and died on the 9th of Lobar Pneumonia aged 32. At rest in Etaples Military Cemetery, France.
