Born 27 August 1891 at Balham, Surrey William G. R. and Mary Bousfield, of 26, Gwendolen Avenue, Putney Hill, London. 1911 residing with her parents and siblings at 478 Elmbourne Road, Upper Tooting, London SW. Mentioned in Despatches. Awarded the Royal Red Cross Medal. Died of pneumonia 24 February 1919 aged 27.
