Born 1881 at Talyllyn Merionethshire Wales to Robert and Catherine Evans.
1891 residing with her parents and sibling at 17 East Avenue Portmadoc, Caernarvonshire. 1901 with her parents and siblings at Moelwyn View, Denio, Caernarvonshire, occupation, shop assistant. 1911-1918 residing at Sandilands, Pwlleli Wales with her parents and siblings. No occupation recorded.
Joined VAD in May 1918 and died 20 July 1918 aged 37 at Royal Naval Hospital, Plymouth of influenza and broncho pneumonia.
At rest Pwellheli Borough Cemetery, Caernarvonshire.
