Born 23 March 1874 at Ayr, Ontario, Canada to Thomas and Georgiana Baker, of 131, Bloor Street, West, Toronto. Died of Septicaemia, caused by an intestinal obstruction in Toronto General Hospital, Toronto, Ontario, Canada 30 May 1919 aged 45.
