Died at LLandough Hospital, Cardiff 11 November 1942 aged 48

We regret to record the death at Llandough, on November 11th, 1942, after a long illness, of Miss Mabel. Davies, S.R.N., S.C.M., Sister, Q.A.I.M.N.S. Trained at St. Stephen’s Hospital, London, Miss Davies joined Q.A.I.M.N.S.R. in 1917, and served for nearly three years, She served again With Queen Alexandra’s Military Nursing Service for India, from 1925 to 1928, when she was appointed to Q.A.I.M.N.S. Since that date, Miss Davies has served continuously in military hospitals in India and in this country.
