M22 WILLIAM McGOWAN. 3rd Engineer Officer, Royal Fleet Auxiliary on RFA Eddycliff. His ship was based in Malta. 28 July 1960 his ship was berthed at Malta after sailing from Cagliari. Athens.
5 October 1960 3rd Engineer Officer William McGowan died from a heart attack in the Royal Naval Hospital, Bighi, Malta.
