Yep, she's got an engine. The neat thing about this little beauty is you can either drive it like a car or tilt the steering wheel, put it in reverse and walk behind it while you steer. They are mostly obsolete now although you do see one now and then. It got the name "Mule" because it was used to haul ammo and supplies.
