LYONS William Holmes Saint John, Lieutenant 6th Middlesex Regiment. He was the only son of William Henry Holmes and Mary Eliza (Lily) nee Evans of Old Park, Belfast and of Newlands, deramore Park, Belfast. He was the husband of Doris Margaret nee Walpole died on active service on the 1st November 1918 aged 29. He is at rest in Knockbreda Churchyard, Belfast
