Lance Corporal 3224, 1/6th Sherwood Foresters [Notts & Derby Regt] killed in action in Belgium 4th July 1915 aged 20. Son of James & Hannah of Dove Holes. Commemorated on his parents memorial at Dove Holes Methodist Chapelyard and buried at Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery, Belgium
