Extended Description: Logan Henry Spencer, Captain, Leicestershire Regiment who died on the 9th May 1908 of wounds received in action whilst commanding a detachment of Soudanese Troops near Mesellamia, Soudan, on the 1st May 1908. He was the son of Crawford Brown Logan and Wilmot Jane nee Harvey of Birkenhead, Cheshire
This memorial is situated in Leicester (St Martin) Cathedral
