The inscription reads
Henry Lee, also his son Sidney, who died 3rd March 1922 through operation on wounds received in action aged 21. (No military record has bee foud for him in either LEE or LEA)
1911 census shows a Sidney John Lea with parents Henry and Mary of Madeley, Stoke on Trent. The birth years fit
