Private 236109, John Thomas LANE, 9th West Yorkshire Regiment formerly Private 2449, Yorkshire Hussars. He was reported missing near Lens, France 10th November 1917 aged 20. He was the son of Thomas and Mary M. He is commemorated on a family memorial in Catterick Cemetery, Yorkshire and also on the Arras Memorial, Pas de Calais, France
