L248 Mrs. DOROTHY PATRICIA MOORE, nee Thorley. Born 1932 in the Registration District of Pontypridd. Daughter of Thomas Arthur Stanley and Margaret Edith Thorley nee Price of Glamorgan. Wife of Frank M Moore, Engineer who she married in 1952 in the RD of Pontypridd. Died 16th December 1963. On the 16 June 1954 she embarked alone from Southampton to Hong Kong, China aged 22 years, occupation house wife. Her address in Wales was 62 Consort Street, Mountain Ash, Rhonda Valley, Mid Glamorgan. She returned to England alone disembarking at Liverpool on the 21 August 1957 and then continued to the address she left in 1954. Occupation, housewife. At date unknown she moved to Malta. Died 16th December 1963 aged 31 years. Resided at Senglea, Malta as housewife. The plaque on the grave shows the wrong death year and age. Should be 1963 aged 31 years.
