Born 13 October 1888 at Cospicua, Malta to James (Giacomo Crispe Vanhear (Native of Portsea Hampshire) and Louisa nee Barrett, He was a Police Constable, HM Dockyard, Malta. Died in Royal Naval Hospital, Bighi, Malta 15th December 1935 of carcinoma of the stomach.
