Extended Description: Lieutenant, 5th King's Royal Rifle Corps, killed in action near Salonika 24th February 1918 aged 19. Son of Arthur and Mildred Clare of Alvaston Hall, Nantwich. Commemorated on a window in St Mary the parish church of Nantwich and is buried at Struma Military Cemetery, Greece
