K072 Thomas CORBETT. Able Seaman, Clyde Z/1331, Royal Naval (V.R), Hawke Battalion, Royal Naval Division . Born 29 April 1875 at Rockvilla, Glasgow, Scotland. Enlisted 21 October 1914, residence given as 4 Church Place, Glasgow. Occupation prior to enlistment, iron moulder. Died of wounds in Malta 2nd July 1915 aged 40 years. His mother Mrs Mary Catherine Corbett of 55 Wigton Street, Possil Road, Glasgow was informed of his death.
