Joseph CHESHIRE, Stoker 1st Class 305062,Royal Navy on HMS Implacable. Born 5th December 1880 (as stated on his Naval Record) (Birth registered 1878 as Joseph) at Market Bosworth, Leicesterhire to Edward and Ann nee Dudley. In 1891 he was living with his parents and siblings at Shenton Row, Market Bosworth, 1901 census, visiting the home of the Clayton family at Brunswick Street, Leicester, occupation, railway shunter. He enlisted 17th September 1903, occupation prior to enlistment, railway shunter. Died at sea at latitude 40.12N and longitude 10.19E 20th December 1907 aged 24, of Anemia Syncope. His father was informed of his death 21st December 1907.
