- John WILKIN, Leading Stoker 226590 Royal Navy on HMS Montrose. Born 25 January 1887 at Norwich, Norfolk to James and Maria Anne Wilkin nee Howlett of (1901) Hindolveston, Norfolk. Enlisted 12 June 1903 on HMS Ganges civilian occupation, farm boy. Died 6th April 1924 aged 37 years at Royal Naval Hospital, Malta from miliary pulmonary tuberculosis. His widow was informed of his death 7th April 1924.
At rest in Plot D Grave 502 Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
