- John SAMUEL, Chief Petty Officer J4791, Royal Navy on HMS Voyager. Born 8th February 1893 at Liverpool, Lancashire enlisted 12th July 1909 on HMS Ganges occupation prior to enlistment, boy sailor. Died 30th October 1928 aged 34 years on board Voyager at Malta from multiple injuries caused by a torpedo accident.
