- Private 242649,John Richard ROBERTS, 18th Machine Gun Corps, (Infantry)who gave his life for his country on the 5th April 1918 aged 20.He was the son of William and Annie of Cauldon Low, Staffordshire. Commemorated on a family memorial at St Mary and Saint Lawrence Churchyard, Cauldon, Staffordshire and his buried in St. Pierre Cemetery, Amiens, Somme, France
