- HEYES John Peter. Captain, Royal Army Veterinary Corps, attached 42nd Division, died 6th July 1916. He was the son of William and Ellen. In 1911 is was living at 11 Bridgeman Terrace, Wigan with his sister Annie Martha Mary Heyes and was a Veterinary Surgeon.

Lieutenant. Dated 18th November, 1910.
