John Leonard MAYER D,F.C Flying Officer who died 6th October 1932 after a flying accident aged 34. He was the husband of Alice.
He is at rest with his wife and daughter Millicent in St Lawrence Churchyard, Biddulph, Staffordshire

John Leonard Mayer, of Chell Green, Tunstall Stoke-on-Trent, and Reginald George of Brindley Ford, Stoke-on-Trent lately carrying on business as Haulage Contractors has been dissolved by mutual consent. Reginald continued to carry on the business.
