Private 24530206 John Francis EARLY, 4th County Tyrone Battalion. On the 3rd February 1986 he was killed when the PIRA detonated a remote-controlled bomb hidden in a dry stone wall on the Garrison Road, Belcoo County Fermanagh as foot patrol passed. He was aged 22.
At rest Holy Cross RC Churchyard, Lisnaskea County Fermagh.
He is commemorated on a tree memorial plaque at the UDR Memorial Ulster Ash Grove, National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas, Staffordshire.
