Born 20 June 1885 at Uxbridge London died 16th October 1915 aged 30 from an extraperitoneal abscess and tuberculosis In Royal Navy Hospital Malta. His sister of Shakespeare House Amity Grove Raynes Park Wimbledon was informed of his death 17 October 1915. At rest in Plot C Grave 284 Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
