Sergeant 402635, Royal Australian Air Force died 17th February 1942 aged 21. He was the son of John Francis and Eileen Susan of Rose Bay, new South Wales, Australia. He is commemorated on a Poppy Cross Memorial at the Royal regiment of Artillery Memorial at the Birkenhead War Memorial and also on the Runnymede Memorial, Surry.
