Extended Description
Private 24166382 James Edward EAMES, 4th County Fermanagh Battalion. He was killed by remote controlled bomb, hidden in abandoned car, detonated when Ulster Defence Regiment patrol approached, Cherrymount, near Enniskillen, County Fermanagh on the 25th August 1972 aged 33.
He was laid to rest with full military honours at Rossory Churchyard Drumee Road Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh. BT74 5JX.

He is commemorated on a tree memorial plaque, UDR Memorial Ulster Ash Grove, National Memorial Arboretum Alrewas.
