- Hubert Edmund France De TRAFFORD. Born 27th November 1893 and died 21st March 1974. Husband of Hon, Cecilia Victoria nee Strickland of Bath Somerset. Fought in WW1 and was wounded. Captain 1st Royal Dragoon's. WW2 attached to the King's Own Malta Regiment, awarded Knight of Honour and Devotion, Sovereign Military Order of Malta in 1958 he was the son of Charles Edmund De Trafford and Lady Agnes Mary nee Feilding. Captain Hubert Edmund de Trafford was awarded the DSC for heroism during World War I and later emigrated to Malta, His wife died 26th July 1982 At rest in Plot 17, Row 2 Grave 1 in Imtarfa Military Cemetery, Malta
Their son John died on the 17th March 1943 aged 17 months and is at rest in Plot 3 Row 7 Grave 6, same cemetery.
