Private 34554, Horace Matthew MYCOCK 62nd Field Ambulance, Royal Army Medical Corps, of 7. King's Road, Fairfield, Derbyshire died 3rd November 1919 from the effects of 4 years of active service in France aged 26. He enlisted on the 10th October 1914 and was discharged to Z Reserve on the 6th February 1919.
His brother Joseph William died 8th July 1936 from the effects of war service. No army record has survived the fire caused through the blitz in the 2nd world war
Both at rest in Fairfield St Peter's Churchyard Derbyshire Horace is a war grave, Joseph is just a burial.
