Corporal 2092305, Royal Engineers died on active service 13th August 1942 aged 24. Son of William and Nellie of Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire. Commemorated on his parents memorial at Wilmslow Cemetery Cheshire and is interred at Basra Cemetery, Iraq
