CROSHAW Herbert Alfred. Drummer, 3324, 1st/5th Battalion, Bedfordshire Regiment. Died 17th November 1915, aged 21 years of (enteric) typhoid fever. The son of Walter and Marian Croshaw, of 27 Britannia Road, Bedford
BEDDOWS Leonard. Private, 3670, 1st/8th Battalion, Manchester Regiment. Wounded on active service in Egypt and died of wounds 17th November 1915 in a hospital in Malta. Born at West Gorton, Manchester, son Annie, and husband of Bertha. The 1911 census record him as Ordinary Seaman, Merchant Navy, his brother Albert William was at sea serving in the Royal Navy as 2nd Class Petty Officer at the time.
RACKHAM Albert Private, 11677, 2nd Battalion, Royal Fusiliers. Taken ill in Gallipoli and died 16th November 1915 in a hospital in Malta of dysentery. Son of Arthur.
