Major Henry Stanley McCLINTOCK son of John and Lady Elizabeth of Drumcar County Louth. Born March 27th 1812 and died at Hillsborough, September 9th 1898 aged 86. He was Major in the service of the Royal Horse Artillery and Antrim Artillery. (Wills and Admin, Ancestry) He lived at Kilwarlin House, Hillsborough County Down, Esquire died (same date) His effects went to Frederick Robert McClintock and (Lt Col) Charles Edward McClintock esquires. After his military career, he was the Land Agent to the Marquis of Downshire. He was the husband of Gertrude La Touche, his cousin, whom he married in 1839 He is commemorated on a memorial in St Malachy's Churchyard, Hillsborough, Down, Northern Ireland.
