Henry Croome JACKMAN. 2nd Lieutenant, 9th The Buffs, East Kent Regiment.
Formerly Private 425 Grimbsby Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment.
Born 1896 at Southfields, London to James Croome Jackman, (Solicitor) and Mary Ellen Jackman.
1901 with his parents and siblings at 16 West Hill Road, Wandsworth, London.
1911 student at St Cuthberts College, Sparken Hill, Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
His parents and siblings for the say year were residing at Breadstone House, Breadstone, nr Berkeley, Gloucestershire.
1914 he was residing with his parents at Breadstone, nr Berkeley, Gloucestershire.
Died 28th November 1915 aged 20.
At the time of his death his last residence was given as Breadstone House, Breadstone nr Berkeley, Gloucestershire.
Laid to rest 3rd December 1915 in Berkeley Cemetery, Gloucestershire.

On the 30th September 1914 he was discharged medically unfit, not likely to become an efficient soldier.
