- Harry WOOD, Fitter, HM Dockyard, Malta. Born 11th January 1878, Bury, Lancashire son of Frederick and Amelia, nee Brearley. In 1881 he was living with his parents and siblings, one being Warwick at 35 King Street, trading as the Kings Head Inn, Bury, Lancashire. Died 2nd July 1911 aged 33 in a hospital in Malta of enteric fever. Wills and Admin - Ancestry. He lived at 80 Strada Sirena, Senglea, Malta died 2nd July at Royal Naval Hospital, Malta. His effects went to his brother Warwick Wood, butcher.
At rest in Plot B Grave 203, Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta. Unmarked burial.
