Harry James RALPH

Harry James RALPH. Petty Officer, Stoker 1st Class 157092, HMS Angler. (Naval record shows Born 10th April 1869) Born 1868 at Wroxall, Isle of Wight, to Frank Mark and Martha Augusta Ross nee Kingswell. In 1881 he was living with his parents and siblings at No 2 Lower Winstone, Whiteley Bank, Newchurch, Hampshire. Enlisted 23rd September 1890, occupation prior to enlistment, miller. Died 15th August 1909 aged 40 years of Myocardial Oedema (M.C.O.) (heart disease) and cerebral heamorrhage at the Royal Naval Hospital, Malta. The Reverend William Townsend-Storrs on behalf of the widow was informed of his death 16th August 1909.
