Captain, Worcestershire Regiment and Royal Flying Corps who was killed at Graveley, Hertfordshire when flying on duty during army manoeuvres on 6th September 1912 along with Lieutenant Atholl Wyness-Stuart who were the first servicemen to die on active service while flying a military aircraft in the newly formed Royal Flying Corps while under orders
This tablet is erected by his brother officers and is situated in St George's Chapel, Worcestershire Cathedral
