Private 36278, 8th Cheshire Regiment killed in Mesopotamia 1st february 1917 aged 30. Commemorated on his brother [Rhesa Wilfred] memorial at Ampney St Peter's churchyard, Gloucestershire and also on the Basra Memorial, Iraq
