JARDINE John George. Leading Aircraftman 628473 Royal Air Force died 17th October 1944 aged 23. Son of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Jardine, of Guisborough, Yorkshire. Commemorated on the Singapore Memorial.
LEATHER, Albert, Private 4387217, 2nd Yorkshire Regiment, Green Howards died 20th June 1940 aged 26. He was the son of Thomas and Susan nee Baxter of Guisborough. His parents were married in 1891 and in 1911 were residing with his siblings at 41, Cleveland Street, Guisborough. At rest in Guisborough Cemetery, Yorkshire.
