IN EXERCISE of the power conferred by section 5 and 6 of the Courts Ordinance, the Governor has been pleased to appoint- Brigadier Charles Henry Gormley to be magistrate with power to hold a subordinate court of the second class within the Central Province and the Nairobi Extra-Provincial District and with jurisdiction extending throughout the said Province and District with effect from the 2nd day of May 1956.
