Either an Sd. Kfz. 7/1 with a 2 cm Flakvierling 38 or an Sd. Kfz. 7/2 with a 3.7 cm FlaK 43. I'm leaning towards the latter. In either case the vehicle is the late war uparmoured version of the armoured model.
